MJJ & ROSE INSURANCE SERVICES is currently seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team,  the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality customer service to internal and external customers daily via telephone, email, web service request, fax, or in-person communication. 


This position is responsible for ensuring all customer service calls and requests are completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a customer-focused attitude. Assigned teams and tasks will vary based on business necessity.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high client satisfaction levels by making an effort to build meaningful relationships and maintaining consistent, efficient communication
  • Manage and update internal database of client/customer information on a daily basis
  • Serves as a primary contact for clients and a liaison between sales, production, and clients
  • Act as a collaborative team member or a proactive self-starter as projects/tasks require
  • Address client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, communicating using proper professionalism and providing exceptional customer service
  • Provide assistance to other administrators on special projects as requested
  • Maintains communication logs and other pertinent records
  • Team player that helps with all tasks and reasonable requests. Assists with other projects as needed
  • Performs quality checks on outgoing jobs, using an eye for detail, care for quality approach


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to meet quarterly goals.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, work independently, multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment.
  • Must possess a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanour. 
  • Must be discrete, trustworthy, and possess a high level of integrity.
  • Complete and pass required training
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well with team internally and externally across departments.
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
